Pam Erhardt, Ph.D.

"I coach leaders how to tap into their full range of capabilities so that they – and the teams they lead – can achieve professional excellence and make even greater contributions to their organization’s bottom-line."

In addition to serving as Managing Partner for Corporate Coaching International, Pam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience as an executive, organizational consultant, and business coach. In her capacity as Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, she personally mastered the real-time challenges inherent to leading a large and diverse team of professionals. Recognized and respected for her ability to simultaneously achieve outstanding results and maintain high morale and productivity, Pam now uses that first-hand experience to coach other executives how to do the same by strengthening emotional intelligence, enhancing political savvy, and developing strong workplace communication skills.

With a Ph.D. in Organization Development from the Fielding Institute, Pam also works with senior management to design infrastructures that support growth, change, and the needs of a shifting workforce demographic. A firm believer in the maxim, “what you measure is what you get,” she works closely with executive management to develop performance measurement systems that ensure accountability and appropriately reward high achievers.

Pam’s clients include a wide array of industries such as Amgen, Claremont Graduate University, Conoco Phillips, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Dole Foods, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Nissan, Wet Design, and the California Wellness Foundation, to name a few. She strives first to understand an organization’s culture so that she may become a trusted advisor who adds significant value to employees and employers alike. In fact, long after formal consultation, many of Pam's clients call on her for advice and guidance.
