In addition to serving as Managing Partner for Corporate Coaching International,
Pam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience as an executive,
organizational consultant, and business coach. In her capacity as Director
of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, she
personally mastered the real-time challenges inherent to leading a large and
diverse team of professionals. Recognized and respected for her ability to
simultaneously achieve outstanding results and maintain high morale and productivity,
Pam now uses that first-hand experience to coach other executives how to do
the same by strengthening emotional intelligence, enhancing political savvy,
and developing strong workplace communication skills.
With a Ph.D. in Organization Development from the Fielding Institute, Pam
also works with senior management to design infrastructures that support growth,
change, and the needs of a shifting workforce demographic. A firm believer
in the maxim, “what you measure is what you get,” she works closely with executive
management to develop performance measurement systems that ensure accountability
and appropriately reward high achievers.

Charles Goretsky has 25 years of innovative human resource management experience, working as consultant, coach and HR executive with an array of companies in the Telecommunications, Publishing, Technology, Education and Aerospace industries. His experience spans from Fortune 100 companies to start-up and turnaround organizations, where he has created measurement-based HR systems and processes, focusing on the integration of strategy, performance and accountability from executive suites through individual contributor levels.
Charles holds an MS Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a BS Psychology from Virginia Tech. John Gregory

John brings 30 years of expertise as a journalist, public relations and marketing executive, and trainer in public speaking, media relations and crisis communications. Since becoming a presentation coach in 1983, he has helped companies ranging from Microsoft, IBM and Citicorp to entertainment, pharmaceutical and engineering firms, Internet providers and nonprofit organizations. John won nine press club awards as a business and urban affairs reporter for the Los Angeles Times and two local Emmys as executive producer of programs for a public television station. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in journalism from Northwestern University.

Tom is a founding member of Corporate Coaching International specializing in communication skills. He has helped executives achieve The Look and Sound of Leadership through one-on-one coaching at companies such as Amgen, Toyota, Lockheed Martin and Twentieth Century Fox. In addition to helping executives develop their presence, he has trained groups in presentation and communication skills at such diverse businesses as the Ken Blanchard Companies, the Federal Reserve Bank, and NBC Universal. Originally trained as a classical actor at The Juilliard School, Tom appeared in over one hundred plays, episodes of television and movies. As a director in theatre, plays under his direction garnered eighteen critics' awards, including five for Best Director. Itje leads Corporate Coaching International's efforts in the Pacific Rim through her Jakarta, Indonesia-based consulting firm Karya Adhigama. Prior to beginning her own practice she was employed by Atlantic Richfield Indonesia, and later BP when they acquired ARCO. For nearly 20 years she worked in a variety of human resources positions, including Manager of Executive Development. She is known for bringing state-of-the-art training, team building, leadership, and assessment programs to Asia. In addition to her work in corporations such as Lippobank, Femina and UNOCAL, Itje devotes considerable time to educating underprivileged youth and developing leadership capability among Indonesian women. She holds an MBA and resides in Jakarta with her husband and two adult sons. She is also proud of the recent addition to her family, a granddaughter, Safa.
